Provided you do it correctly, the company formation will be a tax deductible expense
- so you effectively pay only 80% of the listed price once tax is taken into account.
All of the incorporation work is completed by us directly with Companies House and
is conducted electronically so you save a great deal of time compared to doing it
yourself. Since we are chartered accountants and have the experience in setting up
businesses, you can be assured that it is being completed by someone suitably qualified
to do so - you get accountancy work for the price of a formation agent.

Company Formations Etc offer a one stop company formation service so you can get
your company up and running (and trading) within next to no time. We detail our packages
below and also talk you through the process of opening a new company with us. Easy!
Setting up a company with us is a simple four stage process as follows:

1. Choose name
Search for your company name here (this takes you to the BusinessLink website (this
is an initiative of central government). We do not accept any responsibility for
the content of this website or if anything goes wrong as a result of you clicking
on to it. Alternatively just write down three names when you fill in the form in
stage 4.
3. Checkout and complete registration form
Then just complete the checkout. At the end of the checkout then fill out the relevant
form on the checkout page. We now take over and do the rest. We’ll also send you
a copy invoice for your records.

Large small print about the Barclays Business Bank Account application and accountancy
consultancy
The Barclays Business Bank Account application and free accountancy consultancy are
offered for your convenience only and is not a mandatory part of our package. You
can opt out of this at any time by letting us know via the application form that
we send you or by contacting us via e-mail or telephone. Your formation package will
then be as advertised but WITHOUT the Barclays Business Bank Account and free accountancy
consultancy elements.
Economy is the low cost package which gives you electronic documents. It’s best for
proposed dormant companies as there are no paper copies of any documents.
Business is a value for money start up package for companies that intend to trade.
You’ll more than likely need a paper Certificate of Incorporation for presentation
to banks and other third parties and also a set of Articles in paper. We also set
you up with a web filing account with Companies House which is needed to electronically
file your accounts and Annual Return.
First is a popular package for new companies that want that little bit more. We will
also register you for VAT and complete and file your first Annual Return in addition
to everything offered for the business package. We also supply you with your first
board minutes and paper share certificates. You make the biggest savings with this
package.
